Victorian Cycles discovered in Coventry!

image image image imageToday Year 2 discovered Victorian Cycles at the Transport Museum in Coventry. We learnt all about the engineers Rowley and James Starley. We found out that although the Penny Farthing looked impressive it was also very dangerous and you would certainly fall off easily. John Starley made a safer bicycle and it’s frame design is still used today. We had fun exploring the museum and have lots of ideas for cars we are going to design and make back at school.
