Do I qualify?

You qualify if you live in Coventry (and pay Council Tax to Coventry City Council) and are in receipt of the following support: 

  • Jobseekers allowance
  • Pension Credit 
  • Income Support 
  • Attendance Allowance 
  • Employment and Support Allowance / Incapacity Benefit 
  • Personal Independence Payment / Disability Living Allowance 
  • Working Tax Credit (Child Tax Credit alone does not apply)
  • Universal Credit 
  • Industrial Injury Disablement Benefit 
  • Severe Disablement Allowance 
  • Carers Allowance 
  • A carer referred by Carers’ Trust Heart of England
  • Widows Benefit 
  • Industrial Death Benefit 
  • Bereavement Benefit 
  • Council Tax support (the 25% single occupancy discount does not apply on its own)
  • Housing Benefit

Children’s passports

If you are entitled to a Passport to Leisure and Learning and have children under the age of 16, then they can also receive a PTLL. This means that they can also get discounts at qualifying venues.

Children must have a Passport of their own to receive the passport discount prices.

Sky Blues in the Community women’s fitness sessions

These sessions offer fitness and sporting activities for local women and girls, with coaches and instructors on hand to provide advice and guidance towards leading a healthier and more active lifestyle.
